Zamp HR Retirement Benefits
Zamp HR has partnered with Slavic 401k to offer all of its clients a free 401k plan that is feature rich and a Fortune 500 level type retirement plan.
Through the 401k plan your employees can enroll online into portfolios of investment options such as Aggressive Growth, Growth, Moderate, and Conservative grouping of mutual funds or bonds and stocks.
To participate in Zamp’s 401k plan you fill out a 1-page document. You decide the eligibility periods for your employees and whether or not you want to offer an employer match and a vesting schedule. It’s that simple, and for no cost to you.
You don’t need your own 401k plan document as Zamp’s plan document is the one you will use. Your employees can invest into a traditional 401k, or a roth 401k and can borrow against their savings if desired.
Zamps 401k plan also offers investment advice by placing a phone call to a registered investment advisor for no cost.

Annual Filings and Audits
The are no annual retirement plan 5500 tax filings for the 401k plan and no retirement plan audit costs that companies typically face because Zamp takes care of all this for you for no cost.
Do You Already Have Your Own Retirement Account?
If you have your own company retirement account and you want to keep it, that is not a problem. Zamp can deduct from your employees pre or post tax and either give you the money so you can pay your retirement plan administrator or Zamp can pay the administrator for you.
Zamp HR Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
Zamp HR offers a premium only FSA plan that allows all benefit plan premiums to be deducted pretax if they qualify for pretax treatment. You do nothing for this benefit as it is an automatic.
If your employees want to enroll in an FSA plan they can do so at open enrollment. FSA plan payroll deductions are kept in a trust account by Zamp HR. Your employees submit a receipt online to our online administrator and the refund will be direct deposited into your employees’ bank account automatically.
If your employees want to participate in an HSA plan they can enroll and have money taken out of their paycheck and direct deposited into their specific HSA account each payday.
If your company is participating in Zamps Benefit plans, Zamp will manage the administration of the open enrollment each year. You can use our online benefits enrollment solution for your employees at no added cost.
Online Benefits Enrollment
As you have new hires that become eligible for benefits, and you are using Zamps benefit plans, your employees can enroll online with relative ease. With just their name and an email address your employees will receive an email to have them start the benefits enrollment process as soon as they are eligible. They can choose between all of the benefit plans you as a company are offering and they will see the premiums that the plans will cost them.
If they need to leave and finish the enrollment later our software will remember where they left off. When they login again they start where they left off.
If employees can’t decide on which benefit plans to enroll in, they can study the attached documents that explain the plans and reminder emails will be sent to them to remind them to finish their enrollment as they approach the end of their open enrollment period.
